  • 2 day minimum stay required

  • Extended stay and monthly rates are available, 21 days or longer.

  • Deposit of %50 of total stay amount is required to confirm reservation

  • Full payment at check-in is required. Cash, check, Visa or Mastercard are accepted.

  • No shows will be charged full stay amount
  • Refunds will be given to cancellations made 14 in advance of arrival. A $20 service charge will be deducted from the deposit refund.

  • Smoking is allowed outdoors only.

  • Sorry, no pets are permitted.

  • Early arrivals may arrange to drop off luggage after 7am.
